A truly beneficial workshop for mind and body to help you unwind and find peace going into the weekend.
This workshop is an introduction to the practice of Yin Yoga and Mindful Movement and will take place by candlelight to encourage total relaxation.
Yin yoga is a gentle yoga practice that stretches and loosens the joints and fascia (ligaments and tendons) supporting the joints as well as the muscles to increase flexibility and mobility. The practice relies on gravity and longer holds in the poses (asana) rather than dynamic movement. Find out more here.
The workshop is suitable for all; from complete beginners upwards and will be fully guided throughout.
This workshop will also introduce participants to meditation and mindfulness allowing individuals to surrender into the practice and find peace in mind and body.
The workshop will also involve relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and mantra so participants gain a full experience of the power and benefits of mindful movement practice such as Yin Yoga…all set in a relaxing candlelit environment.
Bring along a yoga mat, yoga blocks if you have them (not essential), a blanket for kneeling and use during relaxation.

Cancellations: If you are unable to attend the workshop, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date. Any cancellations received with less than 7 days notice will be considered on an individual basis. Where there is no waiting list for the workshop, a refund may be possible (at the discretion of The Well Nest). It may also be possible to transfer your booking to an alternative workshop of equivalent price.
