One hour Yin Yang Yoga class suitable for all levels including beginners.
Classes will begin with relaxation and breathing techniques, followed by mobilisation, sun salutations and poses to improve strength, flexibility and balance throughout the body. We make our way down to the mat often through moon salutations into a Yin practice; seated postures for joint mobility and flexibility. Classes will finish with a further relaxation session to leave you relaxed, refreshed and balanced.
For Zoom classes – just roll out your mat in a comfortable spot and log in using the class link. Make sure you have a blanket or pillow handy. Links will be sent around one hour before the start of the class. You can chose whether to have your video on or off during the class. All participants will be muted once the class starts to prevent background noise. The classes will be recorded, so if you book on and can no longer make it; let me know and I will send you the link for the recording so you can practice at your leisure.
For in-person classes – Please bring your own equipment to class as no equipment will be available to borrow (in line with COVID-19 guidance). Mats will be spaced at 2 metres apart and COVID-19 procedures (such as one way system, ventilation, sanitising etc) will be in operation.
