This free public seminar is your opportunity to find out what all the fuss is about. Find out what mindfulness really is, what it can do for mind and body and why you should start your mindfulness practice now.
The seminar will cover the following:
- What is Mindfulness? – its history and development
- Taking an active role in your wellbeing
- How mindfulness improves wellbeing; personally, socially and biologically
- How to practice mindfulness in modern life
